Yes, as required. From Open Source or low-cost library sources – and sometimes from own archive free of charge.

Any graphics format is OK, however as near the original image as possible is best, even if it will be used small.

For images that are too large to send by email, IDstream uses WeTransfer. For major projects, DropBox is preferred.

An RTF is generally best, but a Word file or almost any other format is also ok.

Sending text straight in an email is fine for small texts.

Send any images separately, not embedded in the Word doc.

For major projects with lots of content, IDstream will provide a DropBox for easier project management.
